AUSTIN - State Representative Lynn Stucky has agreed to terms to open his district office in Denton, TX. The office will be located in the First State Bank building just off the square, 400 West Oak Street, Suite 105. Representative Stucky has hired local Denton resident Monica Glenn to serve as the District Director and Lyle Dresher as his District Liaison. Together they will be responsible for the operation and management of the local office, with the purpose of serving and being responsive to House District 64 conjointly with the Austin Capitol office.

"I am excited to open our district office. I believe that we have assembled an extremely talented team. Both Monica and Lyle have experience working within our wonderful community and I could not be happier with their decisions to come on board," said Representative Stucky.

Representative Lynn Stucky represents House District 64, which includes the cities of Denton, Krum, Corinth, Shady Shores, Hickory Creek, and Lake Dallas. A native of rural Kansas, Dr. Lynn Stucky was raised on a farm with his five siblings. He is a graduate of Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1979, followed by his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1983. Immediately after graduating from veterinary school, Lynn and his wife, Lori, made Denton County their home. Lynn and Lori will celebrate 30 years of marriage this year. They are the proud parents of three grown children, Evan, Lyndi and Malori. The Stucky Family are members of the Denton Bible Church.
