Biography

Justin Holland is a 2nd-generation real estate broker who specializes in selling homes, buildings and land. He was raised in Rockwall and is a graduate of Rockwall High School. Justin’s father, Lance Holland, was an original founder of Regal Realtors in 1991.

Justin grew up in and around the industry working with Lance as a sign, flyer and keybox runner at the age of 15. Justin obtained his real estate license and joined Regal Realtors in December of 2006 and became co-owner of the company in 2014. Justin has been a real estate broker in Texas since 2016 and in Florida since 2021.

Justin and his wife Neely are both graduates of Texas Tech University and have been married since 2008. Justin earned his Master of Science degree in Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2008. The Hollands reside in Heath and are raising 2 daughters in Rockwall schools. They are members of Lakepointe Church.

In the community, Justin has served as the State Representative for Texas House District 33 since 2017. Prior to the Texas Legislature, he was a Councilman in the City of Heath, Texas from 2011-2016. He is currently the House Chair of the Texas Sunset Advisory Commission with a term expiring in 2025.

Representative Holland enjoys spending time with his family and close friends on Florida’s 30-A Emerald Panhandle coast. Neely and Justin enjoy fishing trips together. Justin also enjoys bird hunting, playing golf and country music. The Hollands have a black Labrador Retriever named Bo.

Justin Holland es un agente inmobiliario de segunda generación especializado en la venta de viviendas, edificios y terrenos. Se crió en Rockwall y se graduó en Rockwall High School. El padre de Justin, Lance Holland, fue uno de los fundadores originales de Regal Realtors en 1991.

Justin creció dentro y alrededor de la industria trabajando con Lance como rotulista, repartidor de folletos y encargado de las cajas de llaves a la edad de 15 años. Justin obtuvo su licencia de bienes raíces y se unió a Regal Realtors en diciembre de 2006 y se convirtió en copropietario de la empresa en 2014. Justin y su esposa Neely son graduados de la Universidad Texas Tech y están casados desde 2008. Son miembros de la iglesia de Lakepointe.

En la comunidad, Justin ha servido como Representante Estatal del Distrito 33 de la Cámara de Texas desde 2017. Antes de la Legislatura de Texas, fue concejal en la ciudad de Heath, Texas, de 2011 a 2016. Actualmente es Presidente de la Cámara de Representantes de la Comisión Consultiva Sunset de Texas, cuyo mandato expira en 2025.

Al representante Holland le gusta pasar tiempo con su familia y amigos íntimos en la costa 30-A Emerald Panhandle de Florida. Neely y Justin disfrutan juntos de sus viajes de pesca. A Justin también le gusta cazar pájaros, jugar al golf y la música country. Los Holland tienen un labrador retriever negro llamado Bo.
