State Representative Steve Toth is a small business owner representing South Montgomery County in the Texas House of Representatives.

Representative Toth was first elected to serve House District 15 in 2012, and was re-elected in 2018. Steve serves as chairman of the board for the Mighty Oaks Foundation ministering to veterans with PTSD.

He and his wife Babette run My Pool Xpert and have three children. Representative Toth's most recent achievements include passing the JD Lambright Local Government Transparency Act and becoming a grandpa to twins.

Rep. Toth serves on the House Appropriations Committee, the Appropriations Articles VI, VII & VIII and State Infrastructure, Resiliency & Investments subcommittees, and the Culture, Recreation & Tourism Committee. He is also a member of the Veterans Caucus, the Manufacturing Caucus, and the Rural Caucus. At the beginning of the 86th Session, Representative Toth served on the committee to canvass the votes of the gubernatorial election. During his first term in the 83rd Legislature, Rep. Toth served as a member of the House Committees on Criminal Jurisprudence, and Corrections.

House District 15, which encompasses the southern portion of Montgomery County, includes the communities of Benders Landing, Carriage Hills, Chateau Woods, Conroe, Fosters Ridge, Gleneagles, Harper’s Preserve, Imperial Oaks, Jacob’s Reserve, Montgomery Creek Ranch, Oak Ridge North, Sendera Ranch, Shenandoah, Stillwater, Tamina, Timber Lakes/Timber Ridge, Shenandoah, Woodloch, and The Woodlands Township.
